About this Project
This was a great project on the hill in Napier, for a client who wanted to update their exterior cladding and roof line to modernise the look of the house.
Work undertaken:
- New roof line encompassing a covered verandah.
- New Celcrete exterior cladding panels with new plastered finish.
- Additional windows and doors
- New decking with waterproof membrane.
- Full interior redecoration
